Superheroes and The Power of Healing In My Life

We have all had dark days. We have all had days where we are tired, feeling awful, and do not want to do anything work, w/e, just want to lay in bed.

Depression is a disruption for anyone.

My question is how do you pull out of the mood of feeling down and feeling like laying in bed all day.

The connection with Superheroes. The understanding of their teachings.

But also the fact that people count on me and depend on me to be healthy, to show up, and to work.

I cannot save the day from bed or from my couch.

Superheroes are the same. If they are down or they upset they will not be able to do their job and that is bad news for everyone.

I want to be the one people count on and look forward to seeing, but I have to keep my strength up, I have to stay well mentally and physically, and I have to get my rest.

It is the duty of any person to take care of themselves. Some have to put in more effort than others and it can be a challenge. I am one who has to try really hard to keep my emotions and feelings in check, not to get stressed.

The point of being a Superhero, a Human being is that life presents challenges, life throws curve balls, and things happen and I cannot let the little things stand in my way of succeeding in lfie.

The story of Superheroes began with a credible why they should have given up, they should hide from the world.

The stories of Supergirl, Green Arrow, Batman, Batgirl, Green Lantern live on because they persevered, because they pushed through the mud, and they became strong to weather the storms that formed within society.

I am happier because I have adopted the mindset of Superheroes. I will not be broken body or spirit. I will continue to learn, grow, and progress in life.

Read a comic, find a Superhero, make an inspirational experience, and go out and make the world a better place for all!

It will be tough, it will hurt, you will feel uncomfortable, but in the end your hard work and energy and confidence that is created within you will be show and people will respect you.

I know I am a Superhero to my friends and family!

I am the light that shines in the darkest places.

And I am the inspiration that continues on in life!
