DC Rebirth Batman
Batman is a different breed of Superhero.
It is a story that is much darker.
Batman gets to face some of most vicious and dangerous villains.
Batman drives the Batcar.
His story of his Mom and Dad being murdered is a unique way to start the story.
The anger and deep feelings of sadness and the flashbacks of the events of his parents being murdered have mixed effects on Batman.
It is difficult. Batman is deeply troubled by the crimes he witnessed.
He barely talks. Becoming a hero to fight villains like the Penguin and the Joker.
It takes a toll on Batman every time he goes to fight crime. It is to the point of which where it haunts him, where it impacts his thoughts and judgement.
The threat of a flashback or an emotional outburst. Who is Batman?
Is he a hero or a nervous wreck of a ticking time bomb?
For sure Gotham is safer with Batman around.
Batman does not take care of himself very well, He is inflicted pain and suffering he does not need to experience.
Why does he put himself through it?
Batman cannot fight it, it is apart of who he is and what he does. It is his life to be the dark, melancholic, and troubled individual.
It is the story of Batman. In today's world, the real world that would not be acceptable to be depressed and having flashbacks.
In the fictional world, no one cares, it is seen as an inspiration to fight crime despite such adversity and such struggle out of the uniform.
It is a motivator for Gotham and for Batman's readers.
Do people feed into his downward actions and depressions, heck yes!
It happens in real life, the same thing that happens in the Batman story. Crime, tragedies, death, illness, war.
It is a real event. People struggle, people have flashbacks, people have trouble sleeping.
Batman's outlet it fighting crime.
People in the real world have to find their own outlet also. To stay fit and healthy. It is our duty to be healthy and to express our feelings in a respective and appropriate way.
Batman does exactly that!\
We all can learn from the stories of Batman!
