DC Rebirth: Superman #2

       Born with power. Born with strength.

       The world cannot replace Superman.

       You cannot change people. but you choose whether you want to be around them and like them.

       It is your choice of how you react.

       Superman chooses to react in a positive way. He chooses to use his powers and abilities to make the world a better place.

       Why can't we all choose positive action vs. negative? Why do continue to destroy our world, our way of life, and take the lives of innocent people in senseless acts in moment of stupidity and rage?

        Superman cannot do that. He can't give up. He can't fold. He can't make a mistake that results in him not being there tomorrow to fight crime.

        Why are we so ready to fold and give our lives for senseless reasons?

         Do people value life anymore? We care about money, fast cars, and popularity, but we all forget about why we are on Earth.

         We are here to pursue our dreams, to reach our goals, to be successful, to be respectful, and to be civil.

          Superman teaches us the value of unity and togetherness.

          How quickly that is lost in today's society.

          In the moments of rage or being a block head we forget our purpose, our mission, our values, and our goals.

          Superman did come to be because he was just there to save the day.

          He had qualities that stood out from any other fictional figure at the time.

          He inspired people, he taught lessons to people, he established himself as a leader, and people grew seem Superman as someone they wanted to model and grow to have similar qualities.

         Who am I to say that Superman is the best? I never said Superman was the best superhero, I listed his traits, his abilities, and his strengths.

         I never said Superman was my favorite superhero. I just thought my readers would like to know the truth before they choose to side with Luthor as the new Superman.

        Why is it so difficult? Why do people judge others by their looks?

         Superman is big and strong, but do people really know who is as a person?  

         The inside and not just the outside.

         I hope people take a good look inside of Superman.
