        How can Superman not be Superman?

        Lex Luther certainly cannot either if Superman does not save the day.

        People do not know who Lex Luther is.

        I mean the guy sitting on the corner would say "Lex who?"

        Its like a political candidate out of nowhere, who is this guy or girl?

        Lex could be a body builder or a bouncer, but as far as saving cities and towns from disaster not so much.

        Superman has earned the people's confidence and the cities depend on Superman.

        One would say you cannot replace Superman. It is just not possible and do not even make the attempt, do not even talk about it.

       Superman needs to eliminate Lex Luther. It is something that has to be done and society will be better off with Superman being the lone hero.

       Lex and Superman are not friends, their enemies. The people do not like Lex. They have not shown their interest in trusting him or allowing him to be their hero.

       Superman plays the role of being the star, the hero, and the person who will deliver his best effort.

       Lex is just interested in being in front of the cameras and being on the cover of the Daily newspapers.

      Superman is the peoples person, he cares about the citizens, his reputation and his willingness to save the day does not rest on him being on the front cover of newspapers and magazines.

      As your hero, Superman vows to always be there and fight for the safety of cities and their people.

      The people choose Superman!
